Bookings/Cancellations

To make a booking, please email or call Wendy.

50% deposit is required to secure a booking. The balance being payable 1 month before arrival. Bookings at less than 1 month ahead to be paid in full. Payment is accepted by bank transfer, or pay pal. Please contact Wendy for more information. Some guests prefer to make one payment of the total booking fee. For last minute bookings, guests are asked to pay on arrival. We are unable to accept credit cards. All payments are subject to cancellation fees as stated in our cancellation policy below.

In event of a cancellation, refunds are based on amount of notice given, less any transfer costs incurred.

If more than 28 days’ notice is given, a full refund will be offered. Shorter notice for cancellation is calculated on a percentage of the total booking cost.

28-21 days’ notice 75% refund.

21-14 days’ notice 50% refund.

Less than 14 days’ notice will not guarantee a refund, but if the room can be re-booked, a 50% refund, less any transfer charges incurred will be offered.

This policy is reviewed on a regular basis and subject to alteration, but cancellations will be dealt with as stated here on date of cancellation.

If we the accommodation provider have to cancel a booking due to circumstances beyond our control, we will offer a full refund and do our best to recommend a suitable alternative place to stay.

We ask that all guests abide by our no smoking policy inside the building and show respect and consideration during their stay. Any cost incurred by damage or breakages to the property caused by guests due to miss use or wilful intent will be charged for.

The safety and comfort of our guests is important to us and we aim to ensure awareness of our policies before booking.
